30-Day Window: If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
Partial Refunds: At our discretion, partial refunds may be offered for projects that are cancelled before the full scope of work is completed.
Subscription Plans: You may cancel your monthly SEO or maintenance plans at any time through your client dashboard.
Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next renewal date.
